When you create your Fundky platform or join the Fundky LIVE community, you need to configure your WePay account.
Once logged into your WePay account (after following the instructions in the email sent by the Fundky team), you must:
- Fill in your personal information
- Add your bank account and banking information
IMPORTANT: if your banking institution is Desjardins, enter the 7 numbers of your bank account. This is a combination of number 4 and 5 on the check.
Note : You might receive some communications from WePay if your account needs more validation.
